Delivery timelines vary by location: 5–15 business days on average.
Delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, or public holidays are not our responsibility.

🔄 5. Returns & Exchanges

Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Refunds are issued only after we inspect the returned product.
