📌 Order Cancellation

✅ Cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Orders can’t be canceled once shipped.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

  • If canceled post-shipping, refuse delivery.

📦 Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns if:

✅ Requested within 24 hours of delivery
✅ Item is unused, unwashed, in original condition
✅ Not a final sale/custom item

Steps:

  1. Contact us with order details

  2. We’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you to send it

  3. After inspection, your refund will be processed

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid: Refunded to original method (7–10 business days)

  • COD: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (after approval)

❌ No Refunds for:

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Items without tags

  • Final sale/clearance items
